AC Presidents Eights
Sunday 4th October is Day 3 of the AC Presidents’ Eight Tournament, currently being played at the Victorian Croquet Centre
We have 23 players from Victoria, Queensland, South Australia and New South Wales competing in 3 Divisions. Play commenced on Friday 2nd and will be completed on Monday afternoon the 5th October.
Weather for Friday and Saturday was not favorable but players and referees did an excellent job in challenging conditions. Sunday’s weather has improved and sunshine with no wind is allowing play to continue at a high standard.
Saturday saw a number of spectators in attendance and anyone wishing to witness a high standard of Association Croquet is welcome to attend.

A huge note of thanks to Janet Dickinson who stepped in as tournament manager for this event at short notice and all the tournament officials who have braved extremely difficult conditions in Melbourne during the opening days.
