The weekend of 15th and 16th August VCC is hosting the final Victorian GC squad training and the August Selectors invitation.
Sunday morning saw the GC Interstate Shield Team presented - with new players Felix Gelman White and Chelsea Williams presented with their State cap by Kate Patrick -Victorian Croquet President.

Thanks go to all the other squad players providing time and assistance to make a competitive team providing strong opposition and practice for the state team.
The Interstate Shield will be held at VCC from 9th till 13th September (this occurs here in Victoria once every 6 years). For any interested spectators please feel free to visit VCC and watch this high class competition.

The Selectors invitation is providing strong competition between many upcoming players. The players this year have travelled from Boort, Williamstown, Belmont, Queenscliff, Wonthaggi, Morwell, Drouin, Sandringham, Maldon to make a very competitive field.
The results are currently on croquetscores and the event will be completed Sunday afternoon-further posts with the competitors and winners will follow.
