4th Strategic Roadshow
Fifteen participants from four of the Geelong Clubs attended however unfortunately the date was a clash for Colac.
The day included animated discussion and 75 ideas on the future for croquet in Victoria. This also included an informative session on Revsports by Colin Clarke. In the afternoon groups focused on the topics of common interest; coaching, image/publicity and diversity.
Thanks to @QBTC for their hospitality and the last minute very kind gluten free catering as part of a delicious lunch.
The ideas which were developed will be pooled with those from the earlier workshops and will contribute to the draft outline strategic plan to be presented to Council in August for discussion at subsequent roadshows.
