Meetings

SEMCA currently comprises 5 clubs all on the beautiful Mornington Peninsula. Meetings are held bi-monthly. Each club takes a turn at hosting the meetings with the Annual General Meeting 2023 being held on the 19th May hosted by Sorrento Club.

SEMCA GC Competition 2023

The Region holds it's own Golf Croquet handicap Challenge each year which is played over the season with an accumulative score giving the overall winning club. Games hosting rotate between all clubs. Our Presentation lunch is held at the end of the season with the handing over of the perpetual trophy.

Fun Day

All SEMCA Clubs and their members are invited to attend a fun Hi-Lo social day for Golf Croquet on September 9 2023. This is a great day: 3 games on small courts, afternoon tea, a door prize ticket and a raffle ticket for $10. Bring your own lunch and psy on the day. Entries close Sept 1. (Enter your name on the notice in your clubroom).

CONGRATULATIONS SEMCA REPS

VCA Regional Championships were held on April 1st & 2nd 2023 at the Victorian Croquet Centre in Cairnlea. Well done to our 2 representatives Janine Sisson (Mornington CC) and Bod Moir (Village Glen). All played well against formidable players from across the state. Our thanks to Alan Jenkins (West Rosebud)and Bill Manwaring (RNB) for their Refereeing services. Without them, we would not have been able to compete.

CONGRATULATIONS

Our Congratulations and thanks to the volunteers who in the past have volunteered their time and efforts as serving committee members of SEMCA. Thank you also to those honoured guests who have worked to progress competitive play in the region since its inception.
