Beechworth info

Beechworth photo gallery

A picturesque club within 3 minutes of the town centre and historic precinct. Beechworth is acknowledged as Australia's best preserved gold mining town.

There is much to do and explore. Cycling enthusiasts enjoy the rail trails, "foodies" go away satisfied by the many cafes and restaurants and there is a good range of accommodation to suit all budgets. We are proudly a town within a Shire which has a "no pokies" policy.

While you are playing croquet the rest of your party can "shop til they drop" at our many independent retail outlets or pursue other cultural or sporting activities.

Well worth a visit to play socially. The club is currently enjoying a resurgence of interest with many first time croquet players making up the membership.
