The weekend of 15th and 16th August VCC is hosting the final Victorian GC squad training and the August Selectors invitation.

Sunday morning saw the GC Interstate Shield Team presented - with new players Felix Gelman White and Chelsea Williams presented with their State cap by  Kate Patrick -Victorian Croquet President.

Hosted at the Victorian Croquet Centre over the weekend of 1/2 August 2026.

Men Championship Winner: Owen Dickinson (Essendon Croquet Club).

Our very own May Beveridge is now the Guinness World Record Holder of the Oldest Competitive Croquet Player (Female).

Congratulations.

You are an inspiration to all the members. The date for the presentation of her certificate will be advised.

AUSSIE AUSSIE AUSSIE 

With our Aussie athletes performing so well at the Commonwealth Games in Glasgow, we wanted to share a bit of Aussie Team Spirit by sharing a few photos of our MacRob Team competing in the UK at the 2026 World Team Championships - Tier 1, competing for the MacRobertson Shield

Round 1 of competition is complete, and the teams are now in Brighton for round 2 until 3rd August, before returning to London for the final round.

4th Strategic Roadshow

Fifteen participants from four of the Geelong Clubs attended however unfortunately the date was a clash for Colac.

The Board of Croquet Australia is pleased to announce the appointment of Damon Selwyn as General Manager, effective immediately.

Damon joined Croquet Australia in April as National Operations Manager. In that time, he has built strong relationships across the membership and applied his broad experience in sporting administration to good effect.

Committee of Management Ordinary Members: Rita Jenkins (Shepparton) and Ian Potter (Boort) (both re-elected). Alister McDougall (Boort) was subsequently elected by Council to a vacant CoM position.
