Message from Her Excellency the Governor of Victoria, the Hon. Linda Dessau AC and Mr Anthony Howard AM QC, patron of Croquet Victoria

Ms Dessau has sent us a message of support - along with the other organisations of which she is Patron.



NEWSFLASH Victoria is locked down from 1 pm

The Victorian Premier has just announced that the whole of Victoria is in lockdown from 1 pm Saturday 21 August.  

Rules for the regions are now the same as for Melbourne, except that there is no curfew in the country.

All sports clubs are closed. 

Exercise with only one other person, within 5 km from home. 

No updates to the Return to Croquet guidelines till we are allowed to play again.

Stephen Mulliner retires from WCF

After eight years as Secretary-General of the World Croquet Federation, Stephen Mulliner has retired from this position.

During his tenure, the WCF has taken responsibility for managing the Association Croquet Laws, the Golf Croquet Rules, and the world player rankings, as well as holding many successful championships.



Debbie Lines: the new WCF Secretary-General

Debbie Lines has just succeeded Stephen Mulliner as Secretary-General of the World Croquet Federation.

Debbie Lines (nee Cornelius) grew up playing croquet from the age of six, taking up Association Croquet seriously when she was eighteen.

She won the Spencer Ell in 1988, the North of England Championship in 1995, reached the last eight of the World Championships in 1995 and in 1996 was part of the winning Great Britain MacRobertson Shield team.
