Kew administrator portal

If you have any questions, you can email revsport@croquetvic.asn.au for help.

This page describes how to do common management tasks in your revSPORT portal.

We also have a collection of Video Guides.

When members join your club

Someone completely new to croquet

Visit Add member and choose the "Add a new member" tab.

Add Member Interface

Reactivating an inactive member

Visit Add member but choose the "Renew an existing member" option instead.

Renew Member Interface

Adding an associate member

Follow the same procedure as for reactivating a member of your own club. Renew works on members of other clubs too.

In some cases the basic Renew is not able to find the player, and displays an error message.

In this case you need to use Renew using Whole of Sport membership instead, for which you will need to supply the Date of Birth from the member's profile.

  • If the real DoB doesn't work, try 31-Dec of their year of birth. This means the player was happy to give a year of birth but didn't tell us which day.
  • If that doesn't work either, try searching on 01-Jan-1901. We use this for any member who didn't provide a DoB or if the club they are transferring from didn't update it.
  • If you still cannot find the player, please contact Secretary or Webmaster for help.

Transferring someone to your club

Visit Add transfer and enter the ACA ID of the player.

The transferred member will become a full member of your club and remain an associate member of their previous club. It will be up to the previous club to remove that associate membership.

Note: if you enter the ACA ID and it does not find the player, use Renew using Whole of Sport instead.

This can occur if the other club deleted them very recently in revSPORT and the listing on the Croquet Victoria website has not received the update yet.

When members leave your club

In revSPORT, clubs can only transfer players into their club. Outbound transfers must be initiated by the other club.

When you transfer a player it makes them a full member of your club, but they still remain an associate member of their old club until the old club removes them.

Retiring from croquet

To see your membership list, visit Members Overview and search for the member to delete. Do so using the buttons at the right.

If you delete them, this is exactly the same as marking them as "Inactive" in the old system.

Delete Member Interface

Removing an associate member

To remove an associate member, follow the same process as for a retiring member. Simply delete them as if they were inactive. This won't affect their membership of their main club.

Transferring to another club

The other club will need to initiate the transfer. You will receive notification when they have done so. This will convert them to an associate member of your club. Please follow the procedure for removing an associate member.
