Victorian Open AC Singles 2016-2017
A great event won by a great player!
The entry of 26 players from across the country (and the UK) provided some fantastic croquet.
Among the players were three former winners (Trevor Bassett, Simon Hockey and Robert Fletcher); four of the six members of Australia’s MacRobertson Shield team (Robert, Greg and Malcolm Fletcher, and Simon Hockey), plus the two reserves (Dwayne McCormick and Trevor Bassett); and the top two players in Australia (Robert and Malcolm). Some field.
Vic AC Doubles Championships
The two days of competition in the Victorian AC Doubles saw rain, heat, wind and humidity - and the players all coped very well. There were 11 pairs with players from the UK, Queensland, NSW, Tasmania, South Australia, and of course Victoria.
